From that point forward there's no change. We take amazing photos of your property, list it for sale in the MLS, syndicate it to HUNDREDS of online websites (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, etc....), set you up with a showing service to handle your listing appointments and get you to the closing table!

We rebate up to 1% of the purchase price to you when you PURCHASE a new property with us representing you in your real estate transaction.
